My name is Suzanne and I founded Southend Hypnobirthing & Beyond in 2015. My passion is supporting and equipping parents like you with the best tools and techniques for a positive birth experience and beyond.

The classes I offer combine my knowledge of hypnobirthing, antenatal education, doula and post natal childcare and breast feeding support.

I have extensive experience in maternity and childcare and have empowered many Essex and London mums and dads to achieve the birth experience they desire - I am excited to share this with you.
